Purchased the desk on May 3rd 2023, on the website says 3 to 5 business days delivery. On the 5th day I had received no email from the company so I tried to send the contact form from your website, 24hrs later no response. Then on the 6th day I emailed, and on the 7th day I never got a replay.
You don't have your phone number on the website, but I was able to find the phone number on Facebook. On my second try calling someone answered. The person was kind but still didn't fix my issue. You gave the excuse that in one of the warehouses they didn't have the model I purchased (not my problem, it's 3 to 5 business days to delivery). Then you said "Tomorrow the desk will be at your house", guest what? the desk didn't come (that was already day 7th (business days). I called you again and you said the package was lost by UPS.
I really wanted this desk for the size, model and price so I offered if I could pick it up. On 9th business day after purchasing I was able to get my desk (after driving 1:30 hours to the warehouse).
Didn't get any discount or something for the trouble that I went through. I'm giving 1 start because the desk itself is good, otherwise it would be 0 stars.

Review title says it all. Proceed with caution or avoid. Very disappointing experience.

The looks of the desk is beautiful. Well worth the money

It is the perfect size for me it was very easy to put together it came in perfect condition.

If you have a small space but a fair amount of stuff you need to get on your desk, this is the right fit.
